This simple design allows separate living areas for a young family and maximises storage space with the attic trusses in the roof. Because of the simple design and relatively low labour costs, the owners were able to spend more on materials giving this house a beautiful hi-spec finish - ply ceilings, a designer plywood kitchen and hardwood verandah beams to name a few.​
